After the first Sunday in the month of October, only a few teams remain unbeaten. Now thats not too unusual when considering the teams that tend to own their divisions and early-game schedules, hence the The Indiana Colts and New York Giants. But What might come to a surprise is That the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints and most importanly the Denver Broncos stand at a perfect 4-0 heading into week 5.B dawkins broncos

Once referred to as the “E”nver Broncos due to their lack of “D”efense, the mile high city  seemingly has been able to force their opponents to run up-hill, or should I say up-mountain… Allowing only 26 points (6.5 per) for their opposition to snack on all season, I guess its now safe to say the “D” is back.

Or Maybe, just maybe the “D” just arrived…

My Philadelphia Eagles are so GM savvy, that they let our best defensive player, and arguably one of the best “DB’s” in the league in “B”rian D”awkins go. Ironically enough, The “DB’s” (Denver Broncos) just needed the right “DB” (Defensive Back) in “BD” (Brian Dawkins) to bring the “D”- back…

SB- I Dare you to try and write this in cursive.. All lower case though, no caps lol..

But thanks to the eagles, the Broncos are now a perfect 4-0.  With the consistent defensive play, this team can make some real noise. Its still too early for me to determine if this team is for real or not, but I’m not about to count these guys out; not with the Alpha male running the show back there barking out  audibles and play actions.. Dawkins was a huge factor in why the Eagles were as successful as they were in the years pass. So why would I expect anything different?

I don’t have any hard feelings towards the departure of Brian Dawkins and the Eagles, but it leaves some what of a sour taste thats comparable to a break up. You think that your the best fit for someone, until you seem them with somebody else and things are a perfect 4-0 … ha! But only time will tell. Maybe they got lucky.. Or maybe their competition wasn’t up to par. Minus America’s team the Dallas Cowboys, the Denver Broncos pretty much beat teams that were beatable. What I’m looking forward to is the team they play next Sunday. The New England Pats blew the Broncos out last year 41 to 7 (cough) EMBARRASSING!

Denver most certainly has a score to settle, and im anxious to see how things pan out. Tom and the Patriots arent as invincible as they once were so this might turn out to be a game after all…

And tune in to see Bret Favre Play against his old team. If the Viks win, then Bret Favre will be the first person ever to beat all 32 teams in the NFL. Wow thats longevity for you..
